• About the Sketchfab preview:  you are preiewing an .FBX file not-triangulated (other triangulated versions are included in folder)
• Weight : 75 Mo - 250Mo depending on the file type (average 100 Mo)
• Triangles: 2,656,451
• Vertices: 1,392,918
• Geometry is not manifold

Purple / Pink textures fix for Blender: go to file > external datas > find missing files > select the textures folder
Render : Make sure you select Cycles, and your GPU is selected
